Send Us An Email

• Include the following: 1) full name, 2) phone number, 3) order number (from your order email), and 4) the email address that was used when you ordered.

• Specify the  product, version, and build.  For instance, state "SellFolio 4.0 Complete, Build 45."

• Include the web address of your uploaded project, if applicable, and direct us, specifically, where to look in your project for problematic areas.

• PLEASE BE SPECIFIC, USING THE EXACT TERMINOLOGY FOUND IN SELLFOLIO BUILDER.  Most-often, users use their own terminology, which makes us unable to understand the question.  Be sure to reference the Step numbers in SellFolio Builder, and use exact terminology.  For instance, don't call the Intro Animation the "start screen," and don't call the Main Menu the "home page."  Likewise, do not ask, "How do I intermingle different backdrops?"  A better question would be, "In Step 4-D, I clicked 'Import JPG or SWF Background.'  How do I perform the same steps to modify the background in Step 3?"
