Because we're 100% confident that your expectations will be exceeded with our products, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (see terms below). If you're not satisfied for any reason, just return the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund.  NOTE: This guarantee does not include 30-Day Recession Buster Edition, ViewWork.Com webhosting or sales through dealers and resellers. If you have purchased through a reseller, please contact the reseller directly according to their return policy.

NOTE: Exceptions to returning a product include:

• Not For Resale (NFR) software is not returnable and is not included in our 30-DAY GUARANTEE. 

• SellFolio Backup CDs are not refundable and are not included in our 30-DAY GUARANTEE. 

• ViewWork.Com webhosting is not refundable.

• Paid consulting and technical support are not refundable.

• Only one return is permitted—our return policy does not apply if you buy a product, return it, buy it again, and attempt to return it a second time.  Any attempt to return a product after purchasing it a second time will be denied.

NOTE: A refund of your purchase will be provided, minus these charges:

• Your refund will be provided, less a 5% processing fee.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

SellFolio non-custom products are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date.

To return a product and request a refund for either a downloaded or packaged product that is eligible for refund:

1. Click the following link and complete this Letter of Destruction (LOD).

2. Submit your online completed LOD form within the return period.

3. Upon receiving your LOD, our Returns Department will validate the return according to our policy. All returns must be within the return period for that product.

4. After we receive the LOD, we will begin processing a credit within 5 to 7 business days. Due to billing cycles, your refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as the original charge.
