 Knowledge Article 0103:
Can I import my SellFolio
projects into FrontPage websites?
It is possible to import your SellFolio projects into websites that
you created with FrontPage. The following provides basic guidance on
how to import a SellFolio project into a FrontPage-created website.
However, many users' situations are different, and these
instructions might not apply exactly as-written. Please use them
with your best judgment, as we do not know how your
FrontPage-created website is set up.
1) In FrontPage, you can choose File > Import > Add Folder and
browse for your SellFolio project. It can be found in
C:\SellFolios_V4\<projectname> . You'll know you Imported it properly
by seeing it appear in the Folder List in FrontPage.
2) Make links on your web pages that link to the SellFolio project
that you imported. The file you want to launch is called
sellfolio.html. Be sure to link to the Imported project... do not
link to your original project in C:\SellFolios_V4\<projectname>\Bin .
*** NOTE: When you import a SellFolio project into FrontPage,
FrontPage makes a copy of your original project and places that copy
into your FrontPage website Folder List. Therefore, any changes you
make to that SellFolio project in SellFolio Builder are made to the
Original copy of that project... not the copy of your project that
was Imported into your FrontPage website. So, when you make changes
to your project in SellFolio Builder, you'll have to re-import your
project back into FrontPage.
