FormPack 1—Add-on for SellFolio 4.0 Complete

This pack provides 15 forms that you can use in your project to collect lead data.  Form 1 has 1 field, Form 2 has 2 fields, etc., through Form 15, which has 15 fields.  You can choose which form to import into your project, based on the number of fields that you need.  The pack comes with a PDF instruction document and a PHP script (or ASP script for Windows servers) which you must modify (instructions are provided).  The PHP (or ASP) script is used to send the form data to you, via email.

This form capability only works with projects that you run from the Internet. You cannot use these forms with CD-ROM-based projects.

The forms that you import can be placed anywhere in your project.

Using a form in your project is easy—several steps must be followed.  The following PDF is the instruction document that comes with FormPack 1.
